Wardrobed — Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use ("Terms", also our End User License Agreement or "EULA") are an agreement between you and Wardrobed ("we", "us"). You must accept them before you create an account or sign in. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Wardrobed. Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other users are removed.

You must not post, send or upload — in posts, captions, comments, messages, profile names, usernames, bios or images — anything that is:

sexual, pornographic or nude content, or any content that sexualises minors;
harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation or encouragement of self-harm;
hate speech or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age;
violent, graphic or shocking content;
illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity;
spam, scams, fraud or misleading content;
impersonation of another person or brand;
photos of other people used without their consent, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

2. Reporting and blocking

Report: tap ⋯ on any post, or the menu on a profile or chat, and choose Report.
Block: choose Block in the same menus. A blocked user's posts, profile and messages disappear from your app immediately, and they can no longer follow or message you. Every block also notifies our team so we can review the account.

3. How we moderate

We review every report and block within 24 hours. When content breaks these Terms we remove it, and we remove (ban) the user who posted it. Banned users are signed out, cannot sign in again, and all of their posts are deleted. We may also remove content or accounts we find ourselves, without prior notice.

4. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher). You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details safe. One person, one account.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display that content inside the app, including AI processing to create your avatar and try-on images. Content you post to the social feed is visible to other users according to your privacy settings. You are responsible for what you post.

6. Face scan and AI-generated images

Your face scan is used only to create your avatar and try-on images. How we handle face data is explained in the Face data section of our Privacy Policy. Try-on images are AI-generated previews and may not perfectly represent real garments, colours or fit.

7. Free features

Wardrobed is free. Virtual try-ons have a free daily limit that refreshes every day. You can ask us for more try-ons from the Home screen; we may grant extra try-ons at our discretion, and they are always free. We do not sell try-ons, credits, coins or any other digital items, and there is nothing to buy in the app or anywhere else.

8. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app or its AI features (for example by automating requests or trying to bypass limits). If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these Terms apply to the extent permitted. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete Account; this deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will ask you to accept the new Terms in the app.
